Located in the Historic District, Cousins resides in the Jarvis-Brown House, circa 1820, and is right across from the historic Carteret County Courthouse. Cousins' tariff covers an incomparable full breakfast prepared by Elmo, who is a master chef and has published his own cookbooks, cooked on PBS and several restaurants up and down the East coast.
