October 2020-Cancelled  Designed with the North Carolina fourth-grade student in mind, the Harvest Time annual program brings colonial history alive. On the Beaufort Historic Site, students experience life in Beaufort during the days when meals were prepared on the open hearth and lighting depended on the skill of the candle maker. There are hands-on demonstrations in the historic buildings and gardens where students join in the activity. Registration begins in August.
